ARRIVAL TO THE SPA

Per California regulation to limit the number of guests in the spa, spa guests must wait in their cars/outside until they are notified by text or phone that it is time for their appointment. All guests must wear masks upon arrival.

SAFETY WELCOME

Guests will be received in our front desk for check in and spa safety welcome. There you will be temperature checked, wash and aromatherapy hand sanitation.

CELL PHONES

Please turn cell phones to silent while in fabulous spa.

GRATUITIES

An automatic 20% services charge will be added to your bill to cover gratuity for your service provider. (Only for Facial, Massage and Package). When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to ALL these policies. Please read a following if you are booking an appointment for Facial Massage and package. These services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/ or gift certificate ready when booking.

CANCELATION

Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. 72 hours notice for group cancellations. A service canceled upon arrival will be charged in full. Clients who fail to show up for appointments or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, may be asked to pre-pay for future services. Please be aware after two (2) “cancel “ appointments, the client is required to pay in advance a 50% non-refundable deposit for the next appointment. Fabulous reserves the right to cancel and reschedule your appointment 14 days in the future if your temperature upon arrival exceeds 100.4 degrees. Should we have the need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, fabulous will issue a $35 credit to you to use at a future visit.

GIFT CARDS

Fabulous gift cards are available by USPS or IN-SPA pick up. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or transferred or replaced if lost or stolen.
